The Warfield is a wonderful place. My favorite shows in my touring years was Jerry at the Warfield. Many night's the crowd and Jerry would melt and blossom into a ball of love. It's small and intimate and the sound is great. 140 bucks is alot for a ticket though.

i just want another show at the gorge, that was the best show i've been to. it was the end of the tour, and the estimate prophet was insane. seems like so long ago that they played here. that was the joan osbourne tour.
of all the shows i've been to, the lot scene in washington has always been the most chilled. i've been to 2, one in snoqualamie (or the like) and it was sweet, no cops, they came out around 2, rolled through said "it's time to go" then took off. and the one at the gorge i didnt even see any cops.

Oh my god! I really didn't think that I was gonna like Joan with the Dead, but she did really awesome! Gimme chills kinda stuff!
Pillow, I envy you, for real. I just hate the gouging of the ticket prices these days. It's just a shame, really. Gives alot fewer less fortunates the chance to experience great music.
