please ID my mushrooms

I was just outside in a very wooded area behind my house and i came across wheat i think to be two different mushrooms species but i am really a newbie so i need some professional help I assorted the pictures to what i believe are the two different types. Like i said they were in a wooded area with lots of soil/grass/leaves/wood and the soil could very possible manure treated. (they were growing out of the soil, some under dead leaves)

Not a type of active mushroom you would find in any kind of cow or horse shit.. I would toss the lot! We also need to know what region you live in to get a better ID.. Good Luck!

Appears to be some sort of Stropharia, Let me do some research to find out if those are edible species.
However they are not active.

There are many species of mushrooms which look like the ones in your photo. Any mushroom with brown cap, white stem, and white gills should be considered poisonous unless proven otherwise.
