hey all new to this bored and have just a quick question. I have grown shrooms before and I allowed my friend to help and she accidently dumped a whole 10cc into 1 jar, I know only like 1cc is needed really for one, will this really have any negative or positive effect? or will it still go on at a normal rate with a waste of solution?

Things will be great! You jar MAY colonize a lot faster cause of it, if anything. Too many spores are only a waste of time\money, no real danger to the jar... if anything, the more spores the better (although around 2.5cc per quart jar, or 1 cc per 1/2 pint jar, is enough)

ya youre effed. unless you happend to have a lot of dry verm in the bottom of the jar that is way too much water. i only use 1 cc for quartish sized jars. if im using spores. but i use much more LC with a spoon of dry verm under my grains so i can get away with the added liquid.
edit: just thought of something. if there is standing water in your jar you can most likely suck it up and im sure it has tons of spores. should be easyer then filling up a colonized cake jar with water and repeatedly sucky and squirting out water to break off some myc which works by the way.

hrm strange there is no standing water... the container she used was one of those premade mycojars and see no water on bottom whatsoever... would exes water within the substrate cause a problem?

yes excess what your pretty much effed. if there is no standing waer in the bottom then i retract my previous comment. i see no reason why it won't grow.
