Yes if you follow the PF Tek.
Brown Rice Flour and Verm don't need to be pressure cooked.

Good luck to you !!!

Please read the PF Tek and the FAQ.

Yes, PF Tek seems to accept this method of pasturization (sp) - I suggest placing a rag on the bottom of the pot/pan you are going to use, put jars in, leave space all around the jars, and fill at least 1/2 way- Put on heat slowly, and when it is softly boiling, cap and leave for an hour. If you put heat on too fast, jars will crack- Let rest till cool to touch when done, or jars can crack- The Priests at the Temple have had good exp with this method, with almost 95% uncontaminted jars- But you should get a PC - its the best!
Good luck

Yeah, I just followed the MMGG and they jars did fine with just boiling. I did put a couple paper towels folded up at the bottom of the pot to prevent too much heat transfer. All 4 of the jars I innoculated came out fine. See for yourself, I think it is day 12 for these jars. First try for me also.
