P.Viridis Growth Parameters

Hi,
I have a P.Viridis plant which is about 8" tall, established and has about 7 leaves and some new growth at the top, I was wondering how to look after it correctly. I've searched around but all I can find is information on germination and virtually nothing about keeping an established plant.
What I'm looking for is things like temperatures, how often to water, what it's flowering conditions are (to produce the berries) and whether it would be a good idea to keep it in the humidity tent it's in for a long time? (maybe until it gets too big for it?)
I don't have anywhere outside to put it at the moment as I'm in a top floor flat, if anyone with experience growing P.Viridis can shed some light on this it would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
Jaxx
EDIT: Also wondering what sort of size it should preferably be before taking cuttings, I have heard that you can get multiple cuttings off a single mature leaf....How does this work???

Thanks for the info.
If anyone knows though im still looking for fruiting conditions, how big it should be before it's safe to take cuttings and if it's true you can get multiple plants off one mature leaf without growing it out and taking more (dont understand this at all, may be bull...).
Something I've just remembered is that I'm wondering what ORGANIC fertilisers would be good for it as I don't believe in using synthetic things as it seems unnecessary.

make sure it is wet enough. one day it was fine, 5 hours later it was droopy as hell but there was still water in the soil. it6 has to be really wet. within 30 mnutes after i re watered the plant, it bounced back. I don't think they like total sunlight because in the rain forest, they aren't getting 100% light.

No they don't like a lot of direct light, but the do seem to like a little. You can acclimate this plant like Salvia. I live in a somewhat humid climate. I mist my plants still, but more out of love than nessecity. I used to need to. I grew mine from leaf cuttings and they have just now (after 1&1/2years) gotten big enough to be notable. I would put a small fan on them. I had mine inside for a long time and once I got them outside they were alot healthier stemwise from wind and such. If you can, leave it in front of an open window. It seems to help. Patience is a virtue. I don't know anything about flowering. Good luck

they are very tough plants. i have 3. two of the three were brought inside from my greenhouse after a frost. the third one lost all it's leaves and i left it outside in the greenhouse. i knew it was going to regrow once it got warm out. just now it's starting to put on tiny shoots from the roots. the plant that lost all its leaves had berries on it but they never were finished. now a new plant of mine is flowering. I'm wondering if i will get viable seeds this time around. it seems easiest to start cuttings though. i never got any of my rooted cuttings to live though. i would root them in water, then put into the soil. maybe i have to try it again.
