Quick question about drying shrooms with a dehydrator

Hey guys/gals, I have just purchased a Nesco food dehydrator for drying my first flush of my first bulk grow. Can I over dry shrooms? I added fresh shrooms before my first batch was done and now the first batch, the larger ones have soaked up some of the moisture from the fresh ones. Can I just leave it on overnight, and not worry about frying the smaller shrooms in the first batch? I have huge differences in size due to strain variations, so the answer will be important there as well. So Do I have to pick out the smaller ones when they are bone dry, or can I simply wait until all are dry? I guess that's the simplest way to put it. Thanks. Douchebag...

A food dehydrator does have near the power or desiccant-like properties to pulverize shrooms into dust, so you'll be fine. I sometimes forget about my shrooms in the dehydrator and let it run for 4-5 days.

WOW, those look museum quality! Mine look all really dry and dark, spores, I know...Pick earlier, I know....Those things look fabulous great job. Mine pale in comparison. Pic to follow when I'm done. I've got the exact Nesco model with the temp dial. How long did you dry those? Are they "Cracker Dry"? I'm impressed.

I place mine on a timer, how long depends on how big, but I would start with 6hrs or so.
