Quick Temp Question

If I for one reason or another cannot get the temperature of my casing, which is in the fruiting stage, to be the required 74F-77F, but instead is around 68F-69F, what negative effects will it have on my crops? Lower yeild? Slower growth? Both? If so, ROUGHLY by how much less?

I fruit everything around 68-70.
74-76 just gives you the MINIMUM 10 degree temp drop to initiate pinning.

They also do mature slightly faster in the warmer range. BTW kickass second flush GF!

I have fruited Cubes in temps ranging from 65 to 92 degrees F.
I prefer the 73 to 76 degree F range...if possible.

I'm lucker than most...
my grow room is next to my furnace room in my basement...so it stays 73 to 76 degrees F. all year round.
even in the summer time when the furnace is off...the room stays a nice 73 to 76 degrees F. when the rest of my house...upstairs is like 90 something degrees.
so I am just lucky!~
and all my growing buddies hate me..cause they are jealous.

LOL...I feel sorry that you have to run a furnace in the winter. In my climate, I havn't used the furnace in five years, and still don't heat my jars.... I ought to tear the thing out and sell it...he he...just rubbing it in bro. RR
