shrooms in the pot

Hey, here's what happened to me 2 days ago...
I had half a jar (honeywater tek) and a pot with torf mixture. I was angry at the pot cos the cannabis in it had died and at the micelium cos it didn't make any shooms in the pf tek jars so I spilled the whole jar in pot. Then i covered it with nilon foil and hoped desperately that sth will happen.
And now i discovered that the whole pot is covered with sth like a white moss, like very loose cotton. Is this mycelium growing? And if yes what do i do with it now?

throw it in the garbage .. that's not advanced mushroom cultivation
