Cowaba bonga dude,

Your essay sounds interesting. Can you post it?

Unfortunately this essay was written for an exam so I don't have it and it won't be returned to me

i struggle with this concept, because the truth is subjective

Truth is reality. Reality does not depend on HOW you percieve it to be the way it is. It exists in the manner which it does NOT because you believe it to be that way, but because thats the way it is. If your beliefs changed reality we would all be moving shit with our minds. Obviously I'm disregarding a solopsist view, which does not believe in a reality besides the mind.

I'm just tired of hearing "truth is subjective".

And I know I'm gonna get it. Lots of subjectivists here.

Isn't it also then subjective that the truth is subjective?

Yeah I really could have just said that. That is the destruction of the subjectivist. To claim objectively that reality is subjective.
