Dark rye flour...dark rye flour..... DARK RYE FLOUR !!!!!!!!!! I swear by it. Mycelia hauls ass through it, and the faster the better so contams stand way less of a chance. I think my jars are much faster. I usually get 100% in 7 to 10 days. Give it a try.. I think you`ll notice the dfference
