All I can think is that if a loved one had found him dead first, they could have rolled up a fatty and mourned him the way he probably would have wanted it.
Marijuana Found in Dead Teacher's Home
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) -- A high school science teacher who failed to show up at school for two days was found dead in his home along with a marijuana-growing operation.
Police who went to check on 55-year-old Terry Hannabas found him dead in the bathroom. Foul play is not suspected, but authorities have not determined a cause of death.
Police found marijuana growing in two bedrooms of the house. They seized 76 marijuana plants, scales, an odor elimination device, rolling papers, a bong, several pipes and three tanks of carbon dioxide.
Hannabas worked for the school district for 21 years, said Brenda English, a spokeswoman for the Duval County schools.
He called in sick last week, but didn't call or come in Monday and Tuesday, prompting school officials to request a police check.

There's an example of someone who never got caught growing pot.
So that tosses the whole "If you break the law, eventually you will get caught." shit right out the window don't it?

does any one find it interesting that after only two days police where able to enter his house? so lets say instead of dying he decided to just not to go to school for two days then when the cops showed he was out getting a donut or something. what was there probable cauze for entering the house after only two days?

Not that they are trying to connect the mans death with the fact he had a grow going....but why does the journalist feel the need to put this minor detail in the title of his news article?
And guri- yes, not at all uncommon for the cops to do this... the guy was older and wasnt showing up to work....so they had more than enough reason to enter his home during the welfare check

Well, one lesson to be learned here is don't work for the government or else they will raid your home if you skip work. Interesting, but not a big surprise.
