 excuse the poor quality photos
They have light coloured gills and didn't show any signs of blueing so they may be an inactive liberty cap look alike. Any help would be appreciated.
Mushrooms are everywhere here at the moment, very damp conditions, tho I have still yet to find the right ones.

With a quick glance, they don't look like anything active.
You left out important info such as the habitat in which you found them and a spore print color.
Please read and give us the required Id request info, found in the rules thread.

Sorry, found in a grassy patch at the edge of a golf course. Awaiting the spore print at the moment, but from what I read, white gills means white spores, so I'd say they a no go.

THOSE BASTARDS!!!! I walked 3 hours through a fukn pine forest looking for subs and instead I get hordes and hordes of wot you've got there.
I've nicknamed them Shit Tops. They have a nauseating smell to them that isn't very nice at all.
Reason I'm angry with them is because they're inhabiting the places which could potentially sub territory. Today I saw a sub-like mushroom growing out of some litter outside my window and of course it just had to be a shit top.
They are non-active

MagicalKnife, woodchipped gardens are your friiiiennndddd
When i first started hunting i looked through about 6000 fuckin acres of pine forest and found one patch. Last year i started scouting woodchipped and mulched gardens and right now i have about 8 currently fruiting patches.

Aha, yes. I just posted a ID request for very similar looking guys up here in Wellingotn. (Are these psilocybe semilanceata?) Same cap shape, white gills, growing all over golf courses and sports fields. I thought all my christmases had come. Blue meanie ID'd them as a coprinus species... not psilocybe.
