colonization stopping?

im doing 6 jars pf style, as of now 4 are colonizing about 40 percent, but in some areas the mycelium has stopped where there is dry substrate. im not sure what it is, any ideas would help! thanks

Maybe try to take the tape off of the holes. If there's no tape maybe loosen the jar lids a little or flip them over. Just my 2 cents
