need help, pinning/ casing question

using wbs spawnd to poo, usually takes about 15 days or so to see pins pinning right off the poo, this time i have 4 trays, about 1ft x 8in , they were incubated a week, fully colonized, then light was on them a good 10 hrs a day for a week, today its been about18 days or so and only a very few small pins, it could be low humidity, im using moist perlite but it seems to either dry out or not work as it has in the past, the trays seemed to be a little dry also, anyway so i decided to add a light layer of 50/50 to each of the trays maybe to help initiate pinning better?, would this help?, when i added light there were hypal knots everywhere and still are, they just dont seem to be doing anything, will the casing be effective even though theyre not going to be re incubated then patched? what should i do??

it looks exactly to the tee like this, and has been this way for a little over a week, i was trying to fruit off that with no casing layer, after a little over a week only a few small pins, so i added a light casing layer? i have no idea if that would work or not did i do the right thing? need pins!

HA thats my pic,
Ok that one was WBS to hpoo no casing, that pic was taken just prior to the casing layer.
So yours looks like this with a casing layer?

Ok now I am thinking that it is cause of low RH, that will dry the case sooner and the mycelium, if I am thinking about it correctly is searching for moister. Maybe overlay.
Do you have a RH meter?

its been like that for a week with lights, fairly good humidity i know its not as high as it should be, but like that pic, with 10 hrs of light for a week u would think i should have pins everywhere, and i have been fanning, maybe i should fan as much since the humidtys probably fairly low, also i always do a smaller version of what i do bigger, and in the smaller version theres a small little clear tubberware no bigger than a shoe box, thin layer of poo spawn, and i got 3 nice fruits off that with horrible low humidty, AND those pinned in liek 10 days, irronically, the strain is z strain which is supposed to be all fast and aggressive but everything from jar to now seemed pretty average... before when i got good results i used an unknown strain, i though maybe z strain just might work better with a casing layer yano (btw im using kowanite also, poo/kowanite as the substrate)so the 3 fruits i got in the smaller version was straight spawn to kowanite....

Get a meter you'll do much better with one, for the future.
I had a horrible case with the Z, but I dont think it was the strain.
What you described is similar to one of mine.
The two cases were done at the same time,
They were done at the same time same every thing except for the strain.
The only thing that I can think of is that case did not have the correct moister to start it off.
Raise the RH and give a good watering, not to damage the pins or leave puddles. And give it time, that one did fruit but way way after the other one.

a second flush might be better for you. the first ones to appear will be the biggest. i usually cut them off to allow the rest to develope.

good watering like heavy misting?, im guessing i shouldve done that before i cased, but if i did anyway u mean just heavily mist the fc? and u think the casing will work? as in even tho i added it late as hell it should work the same as a regular casing?
