Max Temp Mycellium/Spores Survive At?

My incubation setup might have gotten a bit hotter than I anticipated. I'm talking at least 87F but possibly as high as, say, 93F.
I knocked up a few 1 qt WBS jars roughly 3.5 days ago, no sign yet of active myc. Should I just scrap my jars and try again or am I OK?

temps really isnt such an issue here, concerning the mycelium it may take as long as a week to see first signs of mycelium as the spores need to hatch and grow.

FYI it can take up to 3 weeks for spores to germinate even. Thermodeath limits start at 106F. for mycelium and 122F. (50C) for spores thats where degeneration begins. It's the duration at these temps are the concerning factor.
