Ok ive been having this problem for a while now and i know someone here can help me, everytime i get a large bag, an oz or so, its fresh when i first get it, the buds are still fresh and dont powder up but actually break up like weed should sticky and whatnot, but i find no matter how hard i try, even if i keep it in a jar, it always drys out excessivly, my question is, how can i always keep my weed fresh like the day i got it?

I know orange peels, and apple, and any sort of fruit peels work. I never thought a cigar humidor worked? I might have to try that myself. I have a couple of them laying around.

be careful of fruits and the like, these things can over hydrate your buds and rot. Ive always found that by taking a small piece of sponge and gluing it to a mason jar lid is the best method. Sponges wont rot and can be easier to control the moisture with.

I keep my stash sealed in plastic bags and in mason jars in the dark.( Making sure, of course, that the weed is dry so no rot). I keep another bag out to use( 1/2 oz or so), and out of that bag I fill my film container for daily use. I think opening the large bag everytime you want a bowl leads to more air exchange, therefore drying out the buds even more, IMO. Prop 215 in Calif is Nice!!
