Okay, for some background info...
i started a grow about last year, basic pf tek type deal (my first time). verm & brf. i really didnt encounter any problems, but i had to shut the grown down early for security reasons.
but, i learned a lot. little things, what would be better to do, not to do, etc.
there is where i'm stuck. i just initiated another grow of 12 1/2 pint jars (verm & brf) just to get myself back in the flow. now the tough part. i want to grow in massive amounts, bulk if you will. this will be indoors, so security is an issue...can't have WREAKING odors from substrates and what not eminating throughout the house..
so, this is where i ask you, the shroomery community, to choose for me. i'm on a limited budget, but i can afford to buy what i need to have successful bulk grows.
casing produces a lot more than cakes obviously, but i hear horse poo is the bigger/best producer..now...do i case...or go with this poop option?
amount? i would hope for somewhere around 5-10 ounces every month or two, every flush, whatever. now, for me to produce such mushies, what will i need as far as:
- equipment - substrate(s) - spores
etc. i have spore syringes..
so..help me out. choose for me. something time-proven to work, as long as certain procedures are carried out. i understand a lot is personal opinion, but i cant choose and its getting to the point where i would rather someone just tell me what method to use, and/or help me out.
thanks to anyone that can..

you would case poo, just like you would case anything else. The most important thing you need is a large pressure cooker.

Well for bulk grow, casing of some sort of course. (Poo I am told works incredible) Maybe if you set up a greenhouse style? That is what I am working towards. Some PVC (3/4 at least to keep it sturdy) and some shelves inbetween (just leave enough room for them to grow and so you can access them) and on the shelves you can place trays/casings. Although over the entire thing would need to be a plastic lining or something to trap moisture and create some humidity in there.
Equilibrium definitely made a point though, make sure you get a pressure cooker-IMO worth it.
Good luck.

I've made a list of my favorite method of growing. The link is in my signature. My favorite method is this.
LC > Wild Bird Seed > Horse poo > Cased with 50/50 + then fruited in either a Tub or a greenhouse. Click the link in my signature and read through the teks.
Tubs are nice because they are really simple and completely self automated. However Green house/Martha set ups have way better air exchange and I like being able to remove my trays for harvesting and dunking.
Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

Sounds like he is just asking for some advice on what route to take. You can find lot's of info but personal opinions on what works best is great to hear too.

You're damn right...HOWEVER...Wanting to grow 100 pounds a MONTH...def. changes everything...
If SystemOfADOWN would have said Quote:

first.....then I'd def. not think it was a dealing question.
Calm the fuck down next time and please refrain from making assumptions without reasonable cause.

In reference to the original post...I'd go with Poo and a nice bulk grow...Either go with some mono-tubs or go with a Green house...
Good luck man
