you don't have to wait until an LC is "complete" - you can suck what you got out now, if its enough to get some nice size floaties in a syringe it'll do the trick... and whatever is left will keep on growing to replace what you took. when your liquid starts to become clear the nutes are used up and its time to refrigerate the rest, it won't grow anymore when the food is gone...

You guys should consider seriously getting stir plates, and once you do check into blue helix's threads about how to produce killer cultures in a matter of days.

With a stir plate, no cloud, all good little clumps.

Looking good snaggletooth, good job.

Try Light Malt and Dextrose istead of Karo

usually a month will overrun the jar in some cases. a week is usually good for using though.

I have to thank Wronguy for keep pushing me to Malt/Dext,

And for Blue Helix constant stirred tek

That one was three days from 1cc of LC.

I am now trying two, from multispore, 1 on constant stir and the other adgitated twice a day or so.

pls keep up updated on that snaggltooth. I'm interested in seeing a side by side comparison of constant stirring and "passive" stirring. Im sure constant stirring is quicker, but I'd like too see how much quicker.
