Humidifier Location?

FOAF got a sweet ass cool mist humidifier that does it all. The vick's v420 model is great. FOAF has a 4 - tier greenhouse and the small v420 brings the r/h up to 95% from 80% in 1 hour. However the humidifier is placed inside the greenhouse is this ok? The 420 is on the top shelf and a small fan on the bottom. Both are hooked up to the same timer and run 1 hour on 2 off.

I run mine inside the greenhouse too. They will drip a lot of water running for an hour. I run mine one minute on, six minutes off. That maintains 90 percent humidity with no dripping water.

the reason it gets it up so high is because it's pulling in humidified air and rehumidifying it. The reason for a coolmist is to pump cleaned air from the outside into an FC so you've got fresh air exchange. if you just keep recycling the air inside, i hear that it winds up not working. I'd say put it outside and connect it inside with some tubing, so you can pump so new fresh air into it. This is what ive learned from my time on the boards. Good luck with your greenhous
