Spawn Bags for Bulk Substrate

So I want to give bulk substrate a shot, I am using thees two links to get started.
Re: Preparing spawn bags full of spawn or fruiting substrate without using a HEPA filter. Ausi Panaeolus Cyanescens - Liquid Culture to Fruits (w/ lots of pictures) For some reason the post is edited, but I have it saved on my comp, weird but anyway,
Quote:
Stage 2 ? The Spawn Bags .......... A single large spawn bag holds about one gallon of substrate.............
The fruit out substrate was: 6.5 parts Agar's special mushroom compost (via dry weight)
2 parts WBS (via dry weight)
2 parts rye grass seed (via dry weight)
3% Stevia leaf (percentage via volume)
0.2% black mustard (percentage via volume)
All was mixed with water to the correct moisture content by feel and then loaded into large spawn bags. The WBS was loaded dry so as to absorb a little moisture during cooking, thus preparing the mix to absorb the liquid culture without getting too wet..................
What I am trying to figure out it the ratio and or weight for one bag. There could be better thoughts but I just want something that will work, then I can adjust for then next time.
So this is what I figured for one bag, 703g dry mix consisting of;
6.5 parts Myco-Nitro(via dry weight) 435g
2 parts WBS (via dry weight) 134g
2 parts rye berry (via dry weight) 134g
Mix and add the moister to the mix and then add 30-50% of vermiculite by volume and adjust the moister, being a little on the dry side.
I am also going to wash the seeds, not soaking them just a quick rinse after the weighing.
I am going to knock it with 60cc or so? of a cube LC.
The numbers were some what arbitrary I just needed to get something on paper to work with.
Any correction and or suggestion will be appreciated.

There is a problem with the boards on some posts. My Double Tub Pictorial is also affected. I sent Link a PM and they are aware of the problem.
I use Blue Helix's tek exclusively and have had zero failures. Works great.
