A long time, over a month in some cases. You covering with saran wrap or a plastic sandwich bag? It helps a lot. Good luck!

Well i said in some cases Some of my pedro babies germed within a week, and others took around 2 months to split open. Just depends on the individual seed i suppose.

It will vary. I usually get a few in 2-3 days, a few at a week and almost all of them by 2 weeks. Occasionally one will start growing like a month later.
When they first start off it looks like they're moldy, these are actually water sucking roots.

right now i dont have syran wrap or any cover on them.. just moderate sunlight.. and fresh air exchange.. and mist them with water whenever they look dry

Youll have better luck with something over them. Find a sheet of glass or anything.
