It looks like you're in serious need of more air exchange. I'd say verticillium and possibly cobweb mold on the fruits themselves. If you want to eat those, be sure to boil first into tea. Proper air exchange will prevent that.

Kind of looks like it's just mycelium growing on the mushrooms partly due to too high temperature/ humidity. It does not look like cobweb mold. However, the rabbit probably knows better.I'm just a noob.

My initial thought was that it's mycelium, mainly as its a perfectly pure white growth and doesn't appear too match the fibrous descriptions I've seen of cobweb. I can well believe that the humidity was too high, but the temperature should have been fine. I couldn't find any description of the mycelium stunting the mushroom growth though, or being this aggressive. However since the picture, more grey 'mold' has appeared on the caps which doesn't look like mycelium at all. Think I will destroy this batch and put it down to experience unless anyone has some suggestions on salvaging them.

Thanks to both of you for your help.

Well, I have heard of H2O2 or 3% hydrogen peroxide helping fight off weak contaminations like cobweb...  Just spray it on the areas once or twice a day.  ::shrug:: worth a shot, RogerRabbit seems to be the pro on these sorts of infestations though, so I would have him verify.  Whatcha think RR?
Anyway, good luck-er...better luck.
