What if you could connect your brain to the internet. And basicly use your mental questions as keywords in a google search and somehow that information would be downloaded into your brain? The end of school....? Crazy!

This brought to mind, the concept of Virtual Reality, made IN a Virtual Reality...
Where the hardware, running the software, .. could utilize the power of hardware; made in/by/as software..
If I got that "understandable", it even might be one of those, "what if.." 's...
" 'if is but a word' " -Unknown :P
(BTW, always 'heard' that as "not", but I see now it is/was "but" .. )

You plug your head-in and select a fantasy. Like 1st person shooters going around popping terrorists and shit, or a date with halle barry.

With the **seemingly** "good", there is always going to be those that would try to turn it into a "bad" thing....
Things that would cause major problems and drawbacks that are inherent to electronic hardware/software: Failure, the "Blue Screen of Death" , viruses, trojans, hackers/hijackers, identity theft, subliminal influences, brain frying/overload, etc etc....

its not physically connected to you, its only a skull cap with a bunch of electrodes in it. It reads your brain patterns and they give it instuctions no different than when you hit the keys on your keyboard.
