ok so there are millions/ hundreds of thousands of spores in a syringe. they why couldn't you incoc like 5 jars and then refill the other half of the syringe with water that is sterile? or say in a glove box squirt the whole syringe in to a cup of water and fill like 5 syringes with the spore water to make better use of the spores you have?

you are only diluting it whereas if you do an LC then your are growing myc. which also has the added bonus of being faster later since you won't have th wait for the spores to germinate.

i do refill a freshly used syringe. they always have a dark ring of spores left on the insideagainst the first by the needle.

yeah i think it's probably better just to use the syringe on LCs that stretches them pretty fucking far anyways. you can make a couple syringes from 1 print, a few LCs per syringe, and then a shitload of syringes of myc per LC. good thinking though after i empty my next syringe i'll prolly suck some water in to get those last few spores stuck to the side

You can make a master LC with 1cc or spore solution then inoculate about a hundred 2nd generation LC Jars from that master. When you use all those up, you still have 9-11cc's left in the spore syringe  :rockon:

No magnetic stirir needed. I get reults like that in 4 days from just 1 or 2 thorough shakes a day. I'm sure we all got the time to do that, cause u an do it during ur fanning regime.

With optimal nutes, filter, agitation & INCUBATION conditions.
YOU CAN GET FAT ASS THICK LC's.

The one above was done before I bought a stir plate.

with crappy gas exchange, no incubation, god-knows-what-for-nutes and no agitation you can have "thick-enough" LC in a few weeks time worth hundreds of 'nocculations... almost idiot proof.
