Gday, i have never tried shrooms before, but am very interested, I am in melbourne vic and have spent the last few months researching. Anyway, i was unsure of where to hunt for mushrooms, and today i walked out side, and found these in my backyard. I was astonished at the beuty of them, as i have never really had a good look at a mushroom before. I am hoping that the small dark ones are Psilocybe subaeruginosa, bu Im unsure.
Also, the large white ones smell very tasty and i am interested in eating them.
If someone could ID all the shrooms i have included in the pics, that would be fantastic, thanks.
Sorry bout the massive pics, couldnt resize them, cheers.

They are nearly all coprinus species - quite common and not active. Some are regarded as edible, but you may have issues if you eat them and then drink alcohol in the next few days after eating,.

Hey e32......the small brownish mushrooms in your first three pics are Coprinus.....
The large white mushroom is NOT...... It is what is called a Lepiota.....yours is bruising somewhat reddish......
Although not all are......Red bruising Lepiota are among the deadliest mushrooms known!!! EDIT: Lepiotas also have identification features identical to DEADLY Amanitas!
Beautiful pics !
and your small clover friends are Oxalis and also Medicago
