* Habitat Northeast Texas ? centipede lawn ? sand/clay soil ? next to an oak tree ? probably above a ground stump * Characteristics of the gills ? Dark brown to purple * Characteristics of the stem ? off white, hollow core, tears into fine thread when torn apart * Characteristics of the cap - started out bell shaped, dark tan towards the bottom getting lighter as you move up with a extra light colored bump (nipple) at the tip, after 12 hours opened up to fully flat with the outer edgescurling upward.(diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc) * Spore print color (very important!) ? spore print after 1 hour was dark brown almost purple * Color that the mushroom bruises ? blueish brown with the stem having some green * Scent of the mushroom ? very mild * Anything else you might find important ? cap flesh is very thin, with the outer edges starting to tear on the ones that have flattened and are now turning upwards. These are turning a more translucent grayish tan. Taste was mild to none.
