Perlite for Casings?

Just wandering if I should lay down some perlite under my casings in my terrarium or would that give off too much humidity???? Also, should i even make containers for the casings or should i just lay them down in like some tupperware or something?

Perlite is for humidity....Need a little more info on your set-up to give more advice.....Some kind of container should be used. Have seen anything from tupperware to bowels or plates used........Check out the grow section and read, read, read....Good Luck
