Secrets have no place in the "government" of a free nation.
I hope this man gets off somehow and I wish he would just go ahead and share everything because what if he is silenced before he gets a chance to?
Also what if he's a government agent designed to make it look like there are UFOs, when there actually aren't.... so that the government can fake alien contact in order to start a War on Aliens?

You know, the government keeps their nuclear launch codes secret, and I'm ok with that.

This is obviously something different. This is something many people want to know and it wouldn't harm us in the same vein of a nuclear assualt.

I'd be even more ok with our government not having thousands of thermonuclear weapons.

I seriously doubt he got nearly as far as they are saying. Classified networks are physically separated from unclassified ones.

Not necessarily, whats to say the government wont employ him to hack other government systems such as foreign government. giving him a paycheck and clear of all charges. hes doing something he loves, and the gov. is benefiting from it.

They will not hire him. He has already breached security, and they cannot trust him. The real world does not operate like this, and I am sure that he doesnt have any talents that cannot be learned with a small amount of training.

....ok, even more of a reason. hes already breeched their security, he knows the routes and has the samarts to do it. he also knows stuff about the government. instead of training someone brand new, why not train him even more, he has the upperhand because he found how to do it.

This cracks me up. This post is rounding into page 4 with talk about hacking skills, givernment security and hiring, legal penalities for hacking and nothing about this from the article-
Quote:
ALIENS?
He said he came across a group called the "Disclosure Project," which had expert testimonies from senior figures who said technology obtained from extra-terrestrials did exist.
Is it that hard to face head on and deal with?

i guess it is funny we care more about the wrongs of the government and hacking than we do confirmation of the existence of aliens....
if this counts as confirmation.

hmmm, is this guy credible? You can't not remember the name of a space ship right? Or is it that he doesn't want to reveal what he knows just yet? Does he plan on writing a book and making lots of money. Or does he plan on not going to jail, whatever the costs?

or the hole interveiw and all of it is a sham. he probly did find out shit he wasnt suppose to and they locked him in a cell deep in a bunker prison or somthing. and they got a look alike to say all this shit, the more rumors and "unsure" stuff about ufos and aliens the public knows, the less beleivable they are. the govements messed up thats all Ive got to say. some one said americas turning into an a sssr is right. laws, freedom. its getting less and less, but in small intervals so people not notice.its an illsion, they give us freedom by taking our freedom. but there the ones effected by illusion, how can they infoce control when there was no control to start with?

the bad thing is, people have adapted to these ways. it is now mandatory for people to work for the rest of their lives, knowing only what the government feels they should know, and paying the government to live. the more we evolve the more kids are born the more it becomes just another day for people. I hate to say it, but Im vary disipointed with the world.

This is all a bunch of media hype, the guy got caught post 9/11 in an army laundry maintenence computer and is now considered a terrorist. The UFO thing is the only way he can gain public interest, or play the crazy card.
I was charged with $500,000 in damage when I was 14, and for the charges I faced, there was no damage done, and the intellectual property was about as classified as Bush's press confrences.
Dood fucked up, like I said, too bad its post 9/11...he is probably fucked.

These guys are right, democracy acopmplishes only one thing, That all races get to be slaves, equally.
Not to mention the vicious bitartisanship of our country.
"A multitude of Rulers is not a good, thing let there be one King, one ruler." Herodotas(or somthing like that its a quote from Civilazation 4, but I cant remember the name of the guy.)
"Verily, I say unto you that a nation divided can not stand." Jesus.
THe present is always the best possible experiance for the multitudes, forgotton are the problems of the future, or the mistakes of the past. And teh result is America. We sit on top, because of that reliance on teh multitudes. But it will not last for ever. Eventuallly too many bad choices will be made by those in charge or just stupidity in public opinion, or more than likely those two will will line up, adn bang baby, its the fall of rome all over again. When it happens is anybodys guess, I just know Id rather not be around when it does.
-------------------- "Religion without science is blind, Science without religion is lame." Albert Einstein "peace is not maintained through force it is acheived through intelligence." Albert Einstein "Those who desire to give up Freedom in order to gain Security, will not have, nor do they deserve, either one." Thomas Jefferson "To compel a man to furnish contributions of money for the propagation of opinions which he disbelieves and abhors, is sinful and tyrannical." --Thomas Jefferson

this world has gone to far. its like a fat person, they get so obese that theres no turning back, they have to stay fat for the rest of their life. the us is getting worse and worse, but its too far gone, that theres no fixing the problems that make it fucked up. some days I think its cool to be here, even how shitty it is. other days I think it wouldnt be a bad idea if there was a nuclear war. civilization would fall, and after so long it would rebuild itself but in a diffrent image.
