Buddy you'll be hard pressed to find someone who can identify strain my appearance.
-------------------- The sun was pulling cheap shots doing commercial body tricks, Behind the back, Under the leg, I think he even did a headspin, On a crossfader that sounded whack, But looked excellent, All of the sudden it gets dim, The crater face steps in, Puts mexican drumbreaks on the Technics, He's like "Let's begin", He conducted an orchestra so dope the sun started sweatin' him, I guess he'd expected to win on pure artistic merit, Composing complex plays with nothin but soundbytes, Burned out the lights, Made MCs too self conscious quit the master mics, For a thousand nights, It continued without a single slip up, Except once the record skipped, But it kinda sounded cool.

It is difficult to say for sure which strain of cubes you are growing, because so many external factors cann affect the way the grow. Such as CO2 build up, type of substrate used, container use to fruit in, humidity etc. There can be enormous variation between two peoples fruits of the same strain.

yeah they're cubes, and pretty ones at that... good job :-)
check http://www.ralphstersspores.com/, he's got so many strains and some good pictures of each. you won't get a garunteed ID but you can come close and make an educated guess. start with the overall appearance... then look for the more subtle details. the fact that the veil stayed attached to the stem only happens with certain strains, so you can narrow it down there. the white ring around the edge of the cap is prominent with certain strains too. wheter the stems are hollow or solid and meaty is another characteristic to think about.

also the fact that no two strains are a like. unless you cloned it haha. a strain is just a general set of probable characteristics since each two spores that do the nasty have different dna then another pair. miltispore

thank you, actualy it was quite long time to grow them (about 2 months). I bought dried mushrooms from dealer in my country. He didn't realy know what kind of mushrooms it is. He said, that it possibly is mexican. Before I ate them I tried to grow them, so as you see I did... But I realy would like to know what is my creature

nope to your "any way to tell 100%" question. even with a microscope you can narrow it further by spore characteristics, but it would still be an educated guess. strains as it is sometimes have questionable histories and even vendors that provide them can't tell you exactly what all of them are for sure... other than a name somebody came up with for it somewhere along the way. all in all its pretty irrelevant, and an earlier post mentioned no two grows are alike, each combo of two spores that mate up is technically a new strain, just like how every sperm and egg come together to make a person. think of a strain name as like a "last name" - more or less a "family history" hell, name it yourself, take some prints, and keep it growing
dealers are usually totally clueless too... they like to make up stories that make them sound like they're worth the money they're charging you. if he said mexican its probably anything but! haha
