Ack! jars stopped growing

I'm still on my first grow (using rye/wheat/perlite in 1/2 pint jars) and after losing 3 of my 10 jars to contams, everything was seeming to go along as planned. 3 of my jars have been birthed already, and are currently being dunked in the fridge. 2 are showing a normal rate of mycelium growth. However, 2 of the jars, which contain no visible contams and are being stored at 79-81 degrees have showed no signs of growth in the past week.
I've read that this may be because of low moisture, and I dont know if thats the case, but these jars of golden teacher have taken MUCH longer to colonize than the B+, they are on week 4 right now. I see some condensation on the inside edges of the jar so I dont know whats going on there.
Is it possible that since I packed these jars much looser than the others that they have simply focused their growth towards the center and I just cant see it spreading? Or is it most likely the moisture content? If it is moisture content is there any safe way of increasing it?
I did take one cake out that slowed down before being fully colonized and let it finish colonizing in a poor man's terrarium which brought it from 80 percent to 100 percent in 3 days, but I feel that I got lucky and the contam risk is too great.
What would you do?

If you haven't inverted the jars you may try that to force some fresh air into the substrate (just make sure to use a coin or a piece of foil to allow air through the lid). You could also loosen the lids a bit. Slow growth can be caused by too much moisture or not enough air exchange or the spore source itself. But you really shouldn't birth a cake that's not 100% colonized as those areas really invite contams--especially in a fruiting chamber. I would definitely give the jars some time--as patience is sometimes the toughest aspect of this hobby.

why exactly now do you have perlite in your jars? huh?
most likely the stall is air exchange. heed the advice above. also try flipping the jars upside down in the incubator.
in my observations, B+ is a somewhat more agressive colonizer than GT... but not by that much...
