I know I've asked this question more than once, and I promise I'll remember this time
Anyway...weren't they leg lifts (also, is doing pull-ups/psuh-ups in accordance with crunches a good idea?)?
That and what are some good back exercises?

oh man, theres this really good one for the back i know for the back. but i dont know what its called or how to explain it...
its like, you lay on your stomach, keepin your toes on the ground, then you lift your elbows and hands off the ground above your head, and then push them forwards infront of you... so like, end position its like youre flying like superman, without the cape (unless you have a nice red cape...).
did that make any sense?? if anyone knows the name or maybe some diagrams, that would be awsome
and i think if youre just doing pullups an pushups, you should definately do crunches n back. some squats would be good too. and make sure to eat n drink afterwards

I will tell you some basic movements that are really good, but honestly you will have to judge for yourself what's best. Different things will work.
pushups pullups chins handstands (pushups if you can do it) run/sprint stretch meditate dips if you can hindu squat
That's basically all I do. Pick the applicable stuff and think about equalizing your strength. For example, if you just do pushups then you might find your chest dominating your back. You would be better to do less pushups and add some pullups in that case. Stuff like hindu squats and handstands, which are probably two of the most efficient exercises you could ever do, will help muscular balance because it's full body tension.
