3 to ID please (big)

Hey I found three different types of mushrooms today. The one that looks like a coral fungi and the white one were both found under eucalypt trees that had healthy green grass under them (I live in ACT Australia), without any other mushrooms around them. The orange ones were found by the side of a road where there was dense, long dry grass and woodchips. I'm pretty sure it hasn't rained in the last week, and if it has then only a little. So firstly the white one:
Cap: Dry, very pale creamy brown, with a pattern of brown 'scales' from the center of the cap 3cm high, 5.5cm diameter
Stem: White 5cm high, 1.25cm diameter Partial veil on stem A few rough scaly fragments on the stem (you can see it in the picture) below the veil, above the veil smooth
Gills: Free, Salmon-pinky to brown
When I did a spore print nothing seemed to come out, on black or white paper. It smells fairly strongly of flat field mushrooms.

Suspicious colour on the cross-section of the stem I thought, maybe a sign of a Yellow Stainer?

There isn't much of a description of the coral fungi but I'll try my best. Height: 2.5cm Width: 4cm colour: Purple brown, velvety texture, white at the base, black tips as if it was dipped in ink

And the final ones: Cap: 1.5-3cm diameter 0.5-1.5cm height Bright, strong orange, no idea what the cap shape is called but its a cross between a cone and a bell Gills: Free, brownish-grey in the two larger mushrooms, pale cream in the immature mushrooms Stems: 3-4cm length 0.2-0.4cm diameter Fibrous, no veil Bruising orange at the base of the stem, and slightly pale yellow at the top Distinct "snap" when bent
Spores: Light (smokey) grey, maybe a slight tinge of purple or brown

Cheers

1st one appears to be some kind of Agaricus. I am having trouble identifying my own mushroom finds of the genus, so sorry if I am vague.
the 2nd I believe is Clavulina Cinerea.
3rd I'm pretty sure is Hypholoma aurantiaca.
I'm pretty solid on the last two ID's. Hope I could help

The first looks like Stropharia to me (note the jagged annulus), maybe Stropharia rugosoanulata.
The second is a coral fungus. I think these are hard to even ID to Genus sometimes.
I agree with CureCat that the orange ones look like Hypholoma, but they might also be Stropharia.

I have some mushrooms very similar to the first ones that fruit in my yard all summer long. They don't have an annularus though. I've IDed them as some sort of Coprinus. I can't really key them out in Mushrooms Demystified.
Here's pics of the ones I find:
