LC snowflakes, think it's healthy myc?

Couple of pics for you guys to check out.
I've done quite a few Honeywater-LC's before and normally get the typical "cloud" of myc that forms, however this time around I seem to have created "snowflakes" in my LC.
The only difference between this and other LC's I've done is this had about 5 grains (~0.1gm) of sea-salt added to the 490ml of water, this was done after I noted Stamets recommended it to hinder contams in "Mycellium Running".
The Particles look like tiny snowflakes, and are usually settled at the bottom of the jar (agitated in the pics), all are white, or as white as the solution allows them to be.
I really don't understand why they look so different to what I'm used to seeing, but I'm thinking this is another healthy LC just with a different mycellial growth pattern/structure? (Strain is Golden-Teachers).
Edit - forgot to mention, the jar is roughly 5 days old from innoc.

I don't believe they were sendiments, after PCing and cooling there were already sediments forming in the jar, this growth only appeared when I first checked the jar during it's incubation - approx 48hrs after innoc.
Since that time they have grown alot more numerous, they still seem to "swirl/cloud" together when lightly agitated like the normal myc I'm used to, but these aren't such a fine network, more like dense clumps of myc.
Should also mention the temps of this jar have been slightly lower than I normally run at, about 20-22c instead of 26-28c, this may account for the difference in growth?

Let the jar sit for another 48 hours, w/o shaking, and see if the mycelium grows more strand-like.

Hey Sinbon,
So far it's looking like the LC is a dud.
What happened:
I Allowed the jar of LC to sit for 2 more days (until the 29th/4th), trying to keep her a bit warmer, the growth seemed to start becoming more "strandlike" with what looked like rhizomorphs potruding from the "flakes" (inspected under only 10x magnification, don't have a microscope anymore unfortunately).
After this, I made 3 syringes with the solution, and dumped the rest outside on a patch of aged horse-poo. One syringe was used to innoc 3 jars with a verm/rice/poo-pellet mix, it's now the 6th day since innoc, and I see nothing - not normal for my LC innocs... I usually get AT LEAST one jar showing growth (or contams).
I'll be leaving the jars for another 7 days or so, they show no signs (or smells) of contamination, but no myc growth either, I'm hoping it's just going slow, but doubtful.
I still have 2 syringes left in the fridge, and some agar being delivered this week. I intend to make a couple of petri's up and innoc with some LC to see what happens, will let you know what happens once its all done.
