Sober Hallucinations?

I?ve experimented with LSD (acid) and personally I loved it And I?m looking forward to the next future psychedelic trip. However, I have a question for the experienced users... Now I heard rumors about some kind of flash backs? What exactly does this mean? Because I happen to have? a minor issue. Lately after, I tried doing 2 hits of LSD (Ha! Yes I know week :O ) I?ve heard like the occasional voice in my head, and I see sudden motion not any further that 15 feet in front of my face, a some what ghostly black figure, then it vanishes into thin air and nothing is ever there, not only this but I was sitting in one of my classes, bored on the verge of sleeping , and all of a sudden I like tripped out and then I opened my eyes and things around me were vibrating. And this can happen either being sober or after smoking weed. Now is this from the so-called ?flash back? story I?ve heard of? Or am I actually just fucked up and need serious help? haha please reply, I?m confused helpful information would be muchly appreciated.
Thanks guys

From everything I've read, the LSD flashback thing is pretty much a crock. LSD is metabolized incredibly quickly by your body - its doubtful that anything remains longer than say, 5 minutes. It doesn't stay in your CSF, and it doesn't hide in your cartilidge. It gets metabolized and poof!
However, a standard disclaimer with many enthogens is that they have the ability to bring out latent schizophrenia, or at least schizophrenic reactions which might include visual hallucinations (though most commonly auditory).

"A flashback is a psychological phenomenon in which someone remembers a past experience". Does not have much to do with the physical presence of a psychedelic agent in the body IMO.

Flashbacks can happen to anyone, from anything, drug use or not. I've had a few sober-hallucinations in the past before I even touched drugs. Typically they were caused by sickness (fever hallucinations and the such).
I've also had a MDMA flashback. Like, not subtle hallucinations, not seeing tracers or breathing walls, but full-on flash back.
Was walking to a friends place with my ipod blasting away, and a song came on that I *LOVE*, and a song that i also strongly associate with a moment I had in Montreal at a club called Stereo. This moment was prob one of the highlights of the summer : amazing music, great vibe, amazing song, amazing club, was in town to see my BF, just so many things sort of added up to a 'wow' night.
Anywho, walking to my friends place, the song comes on - for a brief flash, I was back in Montreal, back at Stereo, I could feel the music, could see the crowd, could see the lighting rig flash patterns on my hand, for a moment - i was back in montreal, at the club. This only lasted a few seconds (if even), then I was back on the street. I hadnt done E in a few weeks at that point, not even weed - but just the song triggered that memory that came forward so strongly, it was a flashback.
A flashback, is pretty much just post-traumatic-stress-disorder, it can just be a very profound/powerfull moment (or scary/terrifying/etc), which has a tendancy to 'flash back' to you when certian things are heard/emotions/etc. Etcs like warvets getting a flashback if they hear a car backfire or something -- that sound triggers those feelings/emotions/etc.
They can be good, they can be bad. But, they are not a result of 'drugs still being in your system'

fever hallucinations are INTENSE!! I would be in my bed, and naked on the floor at the same time. They were mostly out of body and duality kind of thing. Like walking around the room looking at yourself lying in bed. Im glad I dont get that sick anymore.
