Per chance... the creator of that movie was one of about five or six "internet friends" I had in a private IRC channel/small forum several years ago.
We went our seperate ways... he is still on my buddy list, but I have not watched his movie. heh.

BTW, I read the transcript from the black box on 93, and it seems like the terrorists took the plane down as soon as they realized they were fucked, not the civilians. It's a lovely notion, but it didn't happen that way. And it's a little late for war propaganda, isn't it? I mean, it ain't a war anymore. It's whack-a-mole. It's a joke. This movie's a joke. The way this country reacted after 9/11 was a joke. Fucking pseudo-patriotic horseshit is a joke.
Okay I'm done.

I can believe that the gov't would do something as extreme as killing its own people. I just never thought that it would be done on such a massive scale.
The one thing that i could never put together was how cell phone calls were made from an airplane. I know from experience that once your off the ground your service is gone. But the information was there, the recordings were there, so i made excuses to counteract what i was thinking just like they wanted me to.
The funny part about it all is that the evidence is all in plain site. The pentagon especially. A plane vaporizing on impact.....give me a break. At the time the "shock" of the US being attacked blinded the people from taking the time to look at the evidence. The US is no better than any other autocratic gov't. A country for the people....more like a country for the manipulation of people.

Come Sunday night I will give you all my review of the movie.

I can see a lot of housewives going to see it with the mindset that it's something they have to do. Then talk about it with other girlfriends the next night about how tragic it was. Yep. I'm nuts, sorry.

Such a massive scale? Its not like they blew up the state of NY...The "massive scale" notion is only in your mind. The idea was to maximize the psychological impact while minimizing the fatalities.
How much higher would the fatalities number have been if the planes crashed two hours later than they did? And what about if the towers hadn't fallen unto themselves but rather fell over on the side? Alot higher.

Whoever is behind this movie is generating extremely bad karma. The producers knew full well that making a major motion picture related to 9-11 would be a sealed deal as far as a box debut would go, as the maltitudes would see it out of curiousity. No matter how they portray the events, it is an exploitive film. In the wake of 9-11 a friend of mine once commented that 50 years from now there would be major movie about 9-11. All it took was 5 years, for shame.

What is so exploitive about it?
What happened that day is a historical fact and there is nothing that you are I or anyone else can do to change that.
History is history.
As long as the events are factualy portrayed I do not find anything exploitive about it.
