Lowering moisture content AFTER PC'ing
    #5560315 - 04/26/06 08:52 PM (17 years, 9 months ago)

Could I just nuke my rye, I accedently injected too much LC solution and thier is now standing water. Could I just microwave the jar and steam some moisture out?

Then let it cool and re-inoculate?

Try just pouring out the excess water. Crack the lid and allow space enough to let out the water. Little chance of contam if you don't open the lid to the open air. Plus, you don't have to re-inoculate.
