basicaly i have a small monotub about the size of a 5 gal fish tank. 3 pencil sized holes on the bottom for co2 realese, and a plastic window on the lid which i caulked and then re-caulked when my humidity wouldent rise . a layer of perlite about a inch with 1/4 to 1/2 inch of water but im getting very little humidity. i cant feel it in the air and no condensation on the sides or lid. the lids sits on as tight as it can, is it air tight no, but it should be holding humidity in. my casing looks perfect, rhizo growth just under the surface with very little stroma its beging to pin but im getting little humidty. i have a fish tank pump for fae and stealth ( could it be this? im not using a airstone just the hose going into my tank pumping in fresh air). what can i do to get my humidity up

adding an airstone could def help your humidity, the more bubbles coming to the surface, the more water that is wicked into the fc air.

condensation only happens if the outside of your tub is cooler than the inside. (granted, it is, the myc growing throws off a tiny bit of heat, but its not a lot.) point is condensation isn't an indication of humidity. if you run your finger over the lid and it feels even slightly damp, there's plenty of humidity. the point of a casing is to create a microclimate for the substrate, and there's plenty of humidity there assuming you've got the moisture level about right. the humidity in your FC is kept up basically to prevent the casing from drying out quickly. (perlite is usually overkill for casings, depending on how much surface area you've got exposed) if your growth looks healthy, that's the best sign that it is and i wouldn't sweat the humidity in the slightest.

well now that i have the airstone in water im getting condensation. but after what creamcorn just said and from what ive read about dropping humidity slightly after pins have formed (from Relative Humidity: 95-100% to 85-92% im just gunna leave it where it is for now and when i get some pins remove the cup of water.
but now i have a second question should humidity be raised again inbetween flushes?
