I'm colonizing 7brf jars without a dry vermiculite layer, three of them spotted mold, however the mold is slow growing and the mycellium is quickly overtaking them-
I've segregated the mold jars from the good jars to be on the safe side
Suggestions?

"Suggestions?"
Use a dry verm layer or some other filter. Unfiltered jars will contaminate, and the mycelium will not 'take over' the mold. RR

well its not like I can just open the jars and fill it with verm unless I want to risk further contam, the other four jars appear to be okay and colonizing well- Right now I have with double coffee filter and a single disk filter, how does putting some pollyfill on top sound? Or should I just stop handling them so much all together and not break what aint broken?
