Questions about Fruiting chamber

I have a tub in tub incubator set up as a fruiting chamber.I was wondering if this is a good idea since I want to be able to control the temps of my chamber(my room is always cold). I set temps about 74 degrees F and I have a layer of perlite with a little water for moisture and I used to have an aquarium pump feeding 2 bubble wands sitting under the perlite but I have switched to a cool mist running 24/7. I have 3 casings in there currently and I have been unsuccessful at getting them to start forming primordia. One casing has been there for about a week and it just continues to colonize the casing layer so I keep patching. I mist 1 to 2 times a day and it still continues to grow. Casing was like 1/2 in thick. The mycelium is thick and I dont want it to cause overlay. Here are some pics, take a look and suggest any improvments or what I should do about the casing. Thanks.
The setup
Inside I got a humidistat that reads at 99% but I dunno if thats accurate since its old and I cant read the temp to well but I have an probe in there to an out side thermometer that reads 74.

my room is about 60-65 degrees and I have been putting on this flouro every now and then, sometimes I only give it the light that comes through my window and lights my room up which isnt very much or direct.
I have been out of growing for a about a year but I have never set up a light to give 12/12 in order to make them fruit, always just indirect light in my room and they have grown just fine.
by the way, the substate is rye berries with straw and ten studd manure. Strain: Pink Buffalo

u should be all good if i was u i would try n find a way to maybe raise the temp up in the 70's atleast
i did see the thermometer in the FC but i'd try and keep the room that temp to if possible
also the middle pic. the casing on the left looks like u could patch it a bit so it'll look like the others see how it stands out

well its a tub in tub incubator set up as FC so I can raise the temp if I want. I set it to about 74 degrees in the tub. My room is cold so thats why I set it up like that.

Thats the thing, I have patched that one like 3 times already, and it just keeps growing like as if its still in the casing colonization stage. The 3rd pic is a close up of that casing, the other casings have been in there for only about 3 days but they seem to be growing like the first one too. I used a thermometer probe and the substrate temp read 76 degrees so thats why I don't understand why growth hasn't slowed and why it keeps growing vegetatively. I'm stumped. I think I need to double check to see if the humidity inside is really 99%. Any ideas?

i think your humidity should be more around the low 80's for casings. 99% is for cakes.

I'd go back to the bubblewands and ditch the coolmist. Your fruiting trays are just like some of the ones I used back in the day. I had a PmP setup with perlite and bubblewands then too:

I'm thinking of putting 3 pan cyan casings in side my tub to fill it up and I know they need lots of air exchange. Would the bubble wands suffice for FAE or should I use my cool mist on a timer. I got a new coil hygrometer and after leaving it in there with just the cool mist and just the bubblers they both reached a RH of 98%. So it is humid in there.
What was the substrate for those casings FooMan?

Yeah, Lower your RH and try coldshocking your casings. Put them in the fridge overnight and then they should fruit.

Those were crumbled BRF cakes cased with plain verm. I've had much better results with my small DT setup- WBS spawned to h/poo.
As far as your setup for Pan Cyans, I think you'd have to test out both methods. Pans need a drop in humidity to initiate pinning and 1-2 air exchanges per hour. I'm really not the guy to ask for that species though. I've grown pan cyans before, but with shitty results. I'd check out some of Blue Helix and Scatmanrav's grow logs with pan cyans. They had much better results.

Coldshocking is a waste and just stalls your grow even more.

Screw all this crap . Get a cool mist and a green house . Total cost about $40
8 five pound casings. 8,086 grams wet.
Beat those results

Thats pretty nice HC, I have the small 2 teir tent but I cant control the temperature in it and my room is about 60-65 degrees so I stopped using it, thats why I have a coolmist in the first place. I want to control the temperature thats why im using th esetup I have. Im not looking for huge yeilds other than those horse poo and straw will give me but rather just to have a little space to do some mycology work, these tubs are more than enough for me.
