Voil?! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is it vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified, and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition. The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose so let me simply add that it's my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V.

that was the gayest part of the whole movie. I really wish they had taken that out.

Really, I couldn't believe how long that went on. Definately homoerotic.
His nickname is Vag.

That movie was dumb. Fucking Marxist horseshit. But for some reason I want to see it again. It was entertaining, just preachy, like it was trying to send a "message". I don't know. Parts of it were amazing, but I found myself rolling my eyes quite a bit. That V guy just seemed like an asshole, and Natalie Portman just played your typical dumb bimbo, infatuated with an asshole. What I got was:
"With massive acts of terrorism we can change the world!"
Except instead of "terrorism" they say "revolution". What horseshit. Somebody tell me why I am wrong.

You're wrong because it wasn't terrorism. When people start rioting, there is a problem.
like on April 29, 1992.
When the guy from 1984 who got brainwashed into submission turns into the guy deciding the order of things for the new millenium, it is a statement.

You do realize that they cast John Hurt as the leader of the oppressive society because of the role he played in 1984.
