whats so bad about carrying a gun? 9 times out of 10 if I leave my house, I'm packin heat. We don't bullshit here in Dallas.
although I agree its dumb to 'show off' your gun; most of my friends have never seen mine.

You are correct, sir, and I am an idiot for having an avatar that I didn't know it's origins.

i would have done the same. I probably would have cocked it and put the suppressor on and shoot your tires. Thats if no one was around just you and I.

I was like, "People must really want to get in to their movies, huh?", pointing to the gun.
Even if you have a CCW, it is illegal to un-conceal your weapon when you aren't planning on using it. That is called instigating public panic, or threatening the welfare of others.
Carrying a gun around without a CCW is plain stupid.
And, if you have a CCW and act like that dude, you shouldn't have a CCW.
Also, a gun should always be treated as if it's loaded. Call me paranoid, but I keep my gun near my bed with a full clip. Even so, I don't keep a bullet chambered, and have the hammer half-cocked with the safety on. Thus, one would need to take off the safety and cock the gun to do anything with it.
Why is it stupid to carry a gun with out your Conceal and Carry? You really want to stick around after you just capped someone? With conceal or carry or not. If i am carrying a gun its there to fuck people up.
I wouldn't even want to have to deal with the hassle of being around when the cops arrive. Just gotta make sure no one can ID you.

I'm not sure if you mean pull it out of it's holster, or just unconceal it, but if the latter is the case, then you may be wrong. There are a lot of states where open carry is legal. For instance, Philidelphia is the only city in PA that doesn't permit open carry.

Not if you have a good lawyer

Nope. Getting robbed or killed because you don't have something to fight with is stupid.

To everyone in this thread: They are not clips, they are magazines. A clip is totally different.

I hope you practice a lot. If not, you might not react properly in a stressful situation. Not a good feeling to pull the trigger and realize there isn't a round chambered. Or worse yet, the safety is on
