not much substrate in that bag.... what about bags with like 5-6 pounds of substrate in them? I am worried CO2 buildup will be an issue....

You and I are kind of discussing this via PM. If you are using my recipe, your spawn bag should be over half way full. I do not recommend fruiting in vitro when you have that much substrate. You can see from the photos that Hippie3 has posted, the substrate is much shallower than what you will be working with.

Even the bags on Myctopia are about a 1/3 of what we fill our bags up to. If you plan to fruit in vitro next go around, you need to split your substrate up over several bags or scale the recipe.

Yeah, your right. I just didn't want to risk the contamination if I could avoid it, I lost alot while spawning to bulk - to that goddamn green mold....
