a casing of mine has green mold... what percent of h202 to water is safe?

You won't kill trichoderma with peroxide. Toss it out.

Safe for what? You can douse the casing layer with 3% peroxide straight from the bottle with no dilution. That is the cure for cobweb. The cure for green molds is a hole in the back yard, and the sooner the better.

Actually, it's a little less than 10% (0.0909091) that way, but I think what he means is to dilute one part 3% H2O2 to nine parts water to make a "10%" solution.  Of course, your actual dilution becomes 0.3% H2O2.  At this dilution, it's harmless to the myc.
As for the green mold, you should torture it first, to determine if it knows of any "sleeper cells".  Then kill it!  :smile:
