He asks because he lives in france or a french speaking area, and many of the products you guys in the US/Canada can easily get ahold of are often less common over here (or in the case of brf not neccesarily less common, but they still go by different names), and if you're gonna be asking in a store for it or somth like that you'd like to know how to ask for what your looking for.

ya but brown rice isn't a brand its a staple. rice is the largest staple diet in the world. im not sure the ratio of brown to white though.
