i have a little extra cash and would want to go get the right equipment ASAP so if you guys could help me out i would really apprecriate it.

Use a TIT, i am currently experimenting with heat pads, the kind used for reptiles. although i am not letting my jars (WBS) come into contact with the pads i have them in a cooler with a thermostat it may work it may not.

or heat bomb. just a fishtank heater in a thing of water. same deal but i only have one tub. and actually have it in a cooler thoguht the hat woudlbe uneven but its not at all beucase teh cooler holds teh temp in. i dobout the fishtank header is on much eiter its quite efficient energy wise with the cooler.

i have perfect results with a TiT style but using a heating pad. my old aquarium heater broke, my new one sucked, i tried a heating pad to hold me over but found it works fantastic.
dry tub for your jars -> inside second tub filled with water
heating pad on floor underneath bottom tub, on low setting
cover on top tub, blanket on top of whole thing
thermometer inside showing 84F all the time... perfect the water absorbs and effectively disperses heat. takes a few hours to get up to stable temp but is fine then out.
no fires yet after several weeks :-)
its a 75W model that has low/med/hi settings. happens to be the exact size of my bottom tub. i'm probably lucky that it gets up to the perfect temp, your mileage may vary. if you got one rubbermaid already you're almost there, another one is just a few bucks. and you're ready to move up to an aquarium heater inside later if you so choose.

its unclear beucase its been talked about many times hence the search feture of this site. its just i end up typing teh same thing out every two weeks.
anyhoo inside a rubbermade tub. aquarium heater inside a choped 2 L bottle of coke i htink it was. fill it with water up to where the header needs it then put plastic wrap over to keep water from all evaporating quickly. this all just sits inside a cooler. i use a cooler not a rubbermaid only becasue i have one and my room temp is about 19 degree(66f) and i need to bring my temp up more then many people. set the temp on the heater at 30 and thats what my other termo says. 28-30 depending on how much i look haha. stack all the jars up and your set. oh and i don't have teh jars stacked perfectly because i didn't want want a seal to form with the jar on top and killing my gas exhange in the top of my jars. (microspore tape over hole.)
