anyone in the pnw find any pan subs?
I just checked around 2 achres for a wile and Didnt find anything but on a cow turd I saw something that appeared to be mycelium to me.

If you are int he PNW then you need to look in rotted haystacks or in compost heaps and stable shavings at riding stables and raetracks.
Then you will l fing d them.That is their primary PNW habitat at this time of the year, after the warm spring rains and before the hot months come.

I got a big pile of rotting hay that I wil check tommorow and a big compost heap and I got a stable but its not a riding one. Thnx
Edit and the stable has a 3 foot mound of shit lol

That sounds like it could be a good spot to check.. Is the manure outdoors and exposed to the elements? If it's inside or covered, it might not be as promising. I've seen stables where they just dump the compost right inside, nearby where the horses stay.
