Mossy areas?
    #5543888 - 04/22/06 11:55 AM (17 years, 9 months ago)

Do any edibles grow around mossy areas and/or a small creek and/or around where bamboo grows?

What kind(s)?

There sure are edibles that can be found in, near, or around moss.
Hard to come up with a list of species. It seems like there could be a lot.
Also seems like some of the mushrooms that grow terrestrially can sometimes be found in moss - since they can even possibly fruit from things underneath of or in moss patches.
If you type a mushroom name or genus into google along with the word moss, it comes up with pictures and info for some of the names. This might help you figure out what genera or species can be found in moss, but you may need to look up some edibles that interest you and occur in your area first.
Usually in areas where there is lots of healthy moss growth, there is also good fungus growth.
