Does anyone have suggestions for a high fever of 103-105F that's lasted for a few days? I'm feeling like dying right now.

See a doctor. In the meantime take some paracetamol, it should lower your temperature.

A fever of 104+ can be deadly. GO TO THE HOSPITAL!

You could go to the ER, but yes, tylenol is a fever reducer (I believe Ibuprofen will also, not sure)

ER would cost like 1400 dollars though, and it's not like I'm passing out. I just feel like poo. I got some vicks vapor rub and it helps with the breathing, but I've been taking aspirin, would tylenol work better?

Can anyone clarify, you're not supposed to mix the two, correct? It's like getting punched in the immune system. Taxing on your poor liver.
Get some nutrients into your body. If you have any, a protein shake or something like that. Go to the hospital when you can dude, let them take care of you. Fever's are miserable. Get better dude. If my mom was here, I'd ask for her advice. Moms always knows best.

A fever that high thats lasted for that amount of time is a cause for concern. If you can get your temp down with a lukewarm bath and drinking some cool drinks, plus asprin/tylenol then you can maybe wait 'till monday to see a doctor. If you can't, i'd go to the ER and suck it up. If you don't have insurance, most hospitals have an inhouse indegent payment program you can get with. And ALL states do (assuming you're in the US). Might as well get some of that tax money back. 1400 is a lot 'o cash, but it's better to shell that out on a payment plan than to suffer brain damage or death.

I hope he went to the emergency room that is nothing to play around with. Sounds like something only a good dose of anti--biotics is going to help.

Anti biotics might not help if it's a viral infection.

It sounds like you are going to need something that only a doctor can provide.
Did you go to the ER?
Did the fever break yet?
