To dry or not to dry

Hello All,
I am a new mushroom user simply to the fact that they are very hard to find where I live. I just bought some last night and they are still very fresh, would it be better to eat them now or dry them out? One more question, can i also extract teh spores from the shrooms I have to possibly save for later use? Thanks to all that reply

Eat them fresh. more potent that way.

yes, you can obtain spores, but only if they are completley fresh, aka not dried at all. you can find the procedure for making a spore print right here at the shroomery.
