Info on assorted mexican strains??

Has anyone got any details on the Guad and Palenque cubensis?? Do these give the traditional moderate fruits one can expect from most mexican cubensis (with the exception of the mazatapec)

Guadalajara yeilds similar to Mazatapec but is a little slower colonizing and a little lighter yeilding. Palenque colonize fast but Not sure about the yeild suppose to be high though.
Ask dioze1 he has some kick ass pics of this strain.

The Tapalpa is another Mexican strain from outside of Guadalaraja. It colonizes very speedily and yields several medium sized mushrooms. Very nice mushroom.

How this for a comparison - i can start on four mexican strains at once - i have the mazatapec (which btw i think are great), the mexicube, the Guad (thanx PJ) and the Talpalpa (thanx ralphster) so im gonna start on all four - in about a month. Ill give details like speed, comparisons of rhizomorphs, and eventual fruiting - should be fun!

I guarantee you Mazzie`s will win the Rhizo race lol... I love em..... fruits are plentiful and the high is great.... a little racier... speedier than most cubies IMHO...great visuals... not so much body thing.......... you know ..... the barbells weighing you down lol

Makes me real happy! The guads are nice  Maz's are the best no word on mexi's yet but i'm sure they'll be great too.
I never really noticed the Mazatapecs to be racy just nice.
Anways enjoy the fruits of your labor!!!

Why would one of Ralph's prints be contaminated? I have never heard of quality issues with Ralph. Have you Capt.Max? Or is this just another effort on your part to slander the competition? You are so transparent! Ralph is 10 times the man you are.

I must admit that i have already grown out the mazatapecs and they were great! Pretty good yields, but the deepest blue staining ive seen in a while for a cubensis.
Great vibe too - never even a touch of anxiety even at doses that are just TOO BIG!! :wink:
I have never tried the three other strains, but im looking forward to all three.
I can see it now Max, unless your Talpalpa performs the best, you'll be calling me a 'troll and lier' etc... :tongue:

I've never proclaimed Tapalpa to be the best on the planet earth. But it is a pretty decent strain, as good as the majority of strains out there.

I've sold quite a few Palenque syringes so someone knows something about them. I expect to see some pictures of this strain popping up real soon. Just a feeling I have.

The Mexi cubensis that TheHawksEye sells is the same strain as the palenque.
So i've been told on good authority.
I doubt it's better than the Mazatapec but we can all hope :smile:

Yeah - i dont have a print of those. Luckily i dont feel too bad - i wouldnt have the capacity to grow more than four strains at once. Just gotta get some tazzies and eqs finished and ill start! It will all be multispore, so dont expect extremely incredible results - altough the maza did great last time multispore.
Ill also be checking the each strain possibly on agar (if i can rummage up some supplies).
